Infrastructure Development

The infrastructure Master Plan was developed considering the NAFC’s overall vision to become the leading education institution for applied agriculture in the Lao Uplands. Component 5 of the project focuses on an improvement in infrastructure and equipment, with the following outcome formulated in the SURFACO project document:
The infrastructure of the Luang Prabang Agriculture and Forestry College is

• functional and attractive for students and teachers,
• allows optimized teaching and learning in theory, applied theory and practice,
• offers a broad and modern access to information, while remaining slim and manageable
